Participation in this contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

Contest ends when the @CareerOverflow follower base on Twitter reaches 2,500 followers.

This contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry who resides in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, except where prohibited by law. Contest is void in Puerto Rico and US territories. Employees of JG Direct, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligble to win.

Contest winner will be selected randomly. The winner will be notified via direct message on Twitter and will have 3 days to respond with their name and shipping information. If the winner does not respond within this 3 day period a second drawing will be held.

The prize is a 8 GB iPod Touch valued at $199. Taxes on this prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed.

CareerOverflow is not liable for lost, late, stolen, defaced, mutilated, illegible, delayed, or misdirected entries, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, human error, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or damaged entries, delayed computer transmission which may limit a user’s ability to participate in the contests in any way, even if caused by the negligence of CareerOverflow. We are not responsible for any problems or the technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, software or hardware equipment, failure of any e-mail on account of technical problems, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participation with these contests. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of these giveaways), the giveaways are not capable of being conducted as described in these Terms, CareerOverflow shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contests.
