Hi, I am currently a software developer and I just finished my Masters in Computer Science. I am planning to pursue an MBA in another 5 years to come.. Could somebody tell me how I should prepare myself for getting to a college like Harvard in the coming 5 years ? What are the main factors, what are the must haves ?

Thank you..

I'd consider a few possible sides to this:

  1. Financial - How will you afford tuition at Harvard for an MBA? Would you work while getting that degree or would you be taking a break? Would you have to move to a different geographic region to go to the school and are you prepared for that expense?

  2. Entry - Do you know what the criteria is to get into Harvard's MBA or some similar top-tier school that can be quite picky about who is admitted?

  3. Purpose - Do you know why you want to get an MBA? Is there some specific CS related purpose you want to specialize while getting this degree?

Those would be my main points.
