Since it is international as Adam W said, your ability to work in the country. Ie work visa, need sponsorship, citizen, etc... But also it might help to put which languages you speak and how well. It seems like many software developers know English (although not all are fluent in it). But their conversations with each other are usually in the native language of the country. Also the business users often speak the native language of the country as well. And of course if even for a non international resume it can help, especially if you know a language of a country that is common for outsourcing work to (India, China, Singapore,etc.). |

Experience and skills are always needed on there. Locations that you are open to- ability to work in various countries or the need for a work visa/sponsorship to work there. If you are looking globally I would suggest targeting certain companies that you can research rather than spamming the job boards with your resume and info. Companies are starting to regain trust in the economy and hiring processes, so they may be leery to hire international applicants. Hope that helps- Good luck! |
